By-Laws Change.
The following addition to the by-laws has been suggested by the Board for the
members’ consideration at the May membership meeting.
Article IV, Paragraph 5
In addition to voting members, there will be the following non-voting memberships:
a. Associate membership for additional members from existing voting member’s
entity;
b. Retiree membership for those who have terminated employment that qualified
them for a previous voting or non-voting membership;
c. Vendor membership for organizations that do not qualify for either of the
above member categories;
d. Vendor associate membership for additional vendor memberships from an existing
vendor member’s firm.
The by-laws do not state specific dues but refer this decision to the chapter’s
Board of Directors. If passed by the membership, the Board has suggested a vendor
associate membership dues of $25 new and $20 renewal.
